My topic is ‘’  How to face initial endodontic failure case, where are we now ?? ’’

The following strategies improve outcomes in treatment .

1. Consider the restorability is the first step
2. Periodontal consideration 
3. Properly select  retreatment case and think how to increase the success rate
4. Surgery is an alternative treatment options. 
5.  Dental microscopy is a useful tool.
